Go to Reports → Financial → Schedule E Report. Select your tax year, choose “Year to Date” or custom date range, and select which properties to include. Click “Run Report” to generate the IRS-formatted Schedule E showing Part I Income (Rents Received) and Part I Expenses across all 19 line items. Export to PDF and share directly with your CPA.

Run the “Delinquent Tenants” report under Rental Reports. This shows all tenants with outstanding ledger balances as of today. It includes tenant names, properties, units, balance owed, days overdue, and contact info. Filter by property, sort by balance amount, and export for collections follow-up. The dashboard also shows “Outstanding Rent” at a glance.
All reports support filtering by date range (Year to Date, Last Month, This Quarter, or Custom dates) and by property (single, multiple, or all). Select your filters, click “Run Report,” and results update immediately. Save favorite filter combinations for quick access to reports you run regularly.
