Go to Reports → Financial → Schedule E Report. Select your tax year, choose “Year to Date” or custom date range, and select which properties to include. Click “Run Report” to generate the IRS-formatted Schedule E showing Part I Income (Rents Received) and Part I Expenses across all 19 line items. Export to PDF and share directly with your CPA.

It includes tenant names, properties, units, balance owed, days overdue, and contact info. Filter by property, sort by balance amount, and export for collections follow-up.
