Yes. Properties, units, tenants and leases import from a CSV export, and rent history can be entered or imported so your ledger starts whole. We help with the first import at no charge.
There is no monthly fee. ACH rent payments carry a 1% processing fee capped at $5 per payment — the landlord chooses whether the renter or the landlord pays it. Card payments carry the card processing fee, shown to the renter before paying.
