Add an Owner Profile
From your PM dashboard, go to Owners → Add Owner. Enter their name, email, and account type (individual, LLC, trust). This creates their portal account.

Assign Their Properties
Select which properties from your portfolio belong to this owner. One owner can have multiple properties. Properties can only be assigned to one owner.

Set Fee Structure & Payouts
Configure management fee (percentage or flat rate), payout schedule, and reserve fund contributions. These appear automatically in the owner's financial reports.

Send Portal Invite
Click Send Invite and the owner receives a branded email with a link to create their password and log in. They can access their portal immediately.
