Check your email for an invitation from your property manager via My Rental Spot. Click "Accept Invitation" to begin.
Set your password and complete your profile. Your account is automatically linked to your properties — no manual setup needed.
Once logged in, see all properties your PM manages on your behalf. Review details, current tenants, lease status, and occupancy.
Go to Settings → Banks & Cards and connect your bank to receive owner distributions on your agreed schedule.
Navigate to Settings → Notifications to choose alerts for rent payments, maintenance updates, and financial statements.
