Visit myrentalspot.com and click "Get Started Free". Select "Renter" as your account type.
Add your full name, phone number, current address, and profile photo. A complete profile helps property managers review your applications faster.
Go to Settings → Documents and upload your government ID and proof of income. These are commonly required during applications.
Navigate to Banks & Cards and add your bank account or card. This lets you pay rent online and set up AutoPay once you move in.
Use Property Search to explore rentals. Filter by location, price, bedrooms, and amenities. Save favorites and set up alerts.
Click "Apply Now" on a listing, fill out the application, authorize the background/credit check, and submit. You'll be notified when reviewed.
