No. Your landlord or property manager sends an email invite, and that invite creates your account. Once you set a password you sign in on mobile with the same details you use on the web — there is no separate app sign-up.
Yes. You can pay by bank transfer (ACH) or by debit or credit card, and you can switch on AutoPay so rent leaves your account on the same date each month. Every payment appears in your payment history straight away, with a receipt you can save.
