My Rental Spot today gave short-term rental hosts a one-screen workspace for every listing and six AI assistants that take on the writing, sorting and paperwork of hosting. In every case the AI drafts or recommends, and the host decides.
Each listing now has a single workspace for its calendar, reservations, payments, pricing, photos and details, house rules, smart lock, guest messages, reviews and incidents. Calendar Sync keeps availability in step with Airbnb, VRBO and Google Calendar through iCal, importing every hour and exporting a feed the host adds to the other platforms. Listings start as a draft and go live only once the host and property are verified and a nightly price is set, and hosts can pause new bookings at any time without touching existing reservations.
The six AI assistants: Listing Optimizer rewrites the headline and description from the listing’s real facts and suggests keywords and photo order. Review Responder drafts a reply to a guest review in the host’s chosen tone. Guest Triage summarizes the risk signals on a pending booking request and recommends approve, review or decline, while ignoring name, nationality and other protected characteristics. Damage Assessor reads a guest’s incident photos and suggests a deposit-claim range for the host to edit. Turnover Dispatch creates a cleaning job at every checkout, flags tight turnarounds and sends the job to the host’s own cleaners when the host clicks dispatch. The Occupancy-Tax Assistant adds a plain-language filing summary to the tax report; it does not file taxes or give tax advice.
