Step-by-Step Guide

Create rent invoices, charge for utilities, add one-time or recurring fees, and manage tenant billing from one place.

Add one-time charges, set up recurring fees, and send invoices to tenants.

Navigate to Billing

Go to Payments → Billing or a specific tenant's Payment tab. Click "Create Charge".

Select Charge Type

Choose: Rent, Utility, Maintenance, Pet Fee, Parking, Late Fee, Security Deposit, or Custom.

Set Amount & Frequency

Enter the amount and choose One-Time or Recurring (monthly, quarterly, annually). For recurring, set the start date and optional end date.

Assign to Tenant

Select the tenant and unit. The charge appears on their account and they're notified via email.

Send Invoice

Optionally generate a formal PDF invoice with your branding, line items, due date, and payment instructions. Sent via email or available in the portal.
