How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Navigate to Your Profile

Log in and click your profile icon in the top navigation bar. Select "Profile" or "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Go to Account Management

Scroll to the bottom of your profile page to find the "Account Management" section inside the "Danger Zone" area.

Click "Delete Account"

In the Account Management section, click the red "Delete Account" button to begin the deletion process.

Enter Your Password

A confirmation modal will appear. Enter your account password as a security measure to verify you are the account owner.

Confirm Deletion

Click "Confirm" in the modal. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately, and you'll be logged out and redirected to the login page.

What Gets Deleted Permanently

  • All account information — your profile, contact details, and personal information.
  • Property data — all properties, units, listings, and property-related records.
  • Tenant & resident data — all tenant records, lease agreements, and resident information.
  • Financial records — payment history, transaction records, and financial data.
  • Documents & files — all uploaded documents, photos, and files.
  • Messages & communications — all messages, notifications, and communication history.
  • Application data — all rental applications and screening reports.

⚠️ This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Account deletion is immediate. Once you confirm and enter your password, your account and all associated data are permanently removed right away.
No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data is removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. If you're unsure, consider deactivating your account instead.
All properties, leases, and related data will be permanently deleted. Make sure to handle any active leases or ongoing business matters before deleting your account.
You will be immediately logged out and redirected to the login page. Since your account is deleted at that point, no confirmation email will be sent.
Deactivating temporarily disables your account while preserving all data, allowing you to reactivate later. Deleting permanently removes all data and cannot be undone.
