Update your profile information, manage notification preferences, change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and control your account security.

Update Your Profile

Keep your profile information up to date for smooth communication and verification.

Navigate to My Account

Click your avatar or name in the top-right corner, then select "My Account" from the dropdown menu.

Update Profile Information

Edit your full name, email address, phone number, and profile photo. Your email and phone show a verified badge once confirmed.

Update Your Address

Scroll to the Address section and enter your current street address, city, state, and ZIP code.

Save Changes

Click "Save All Changes" at the top of the page. You'll see a confirmation message once saved.

Password & Security

Protect your account with a strong password, two-factor authentication, and session management.

Change Your Password

In the Security section, click "Change Password". Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Click "Enable 2FA" on the security card. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.), then enter the 6-digit code to confirm.

Save Backup Codes

After enabling 2FA, you'll receive backup recovery codes. Save these in a secure location — they let you log in if you lose access to your authenticator.

Review Active Sessions

Scroll to Sessions to see all devices currently logged into your account. Click "Revoke" on any session you don't recognize.

  • Prevents unauthorized access — Even if your password is compromised, 2FA blocks login without the code.
  • Protects financial data — Rent payments, bank info, and statements stay secure.
  • Industry best practice — Recommended for all accounts handling sensitive information.

Receive email alerts for rent payments, maintenance updates, lease activity, and messages. Configure frequency per topic.

Get text messages for urgent alerts like payment confirmations, maintenance emergencies, and security events.

Enable push notifications on the mobile app for real-time alerts about messages, payments, and requests.

Renter Score Sharing

Toggle your Renter Score visibility on or off. When enabled, you get a shareable URL to include in applications.

Go to My Account → Profile, update your email, and click Save. You'll need to verify the new email via a confirmation link sent to the new address.
Use one of your backup recovery codes to log in. If you've lost those too, contact support to verify your identity and reset 2FA.
Yes. Each notification channel (email, SMS, push) can be enabled or disabled independently in the Preferences section.
Go to My Account → Sessions. You'll see all active sessions with device type, location, and last active time. Click "Revoke" on any session to log it out immediately.
Your Renter Score tracks your rental history — on-time payments, lease compliance, and maintenance behavior. You can share it via a public URL when applying for new rentals.
