What we text

• Verification codes, only when you request one to sign in or confirm your phone number.
• Account updates: payment receipts, maintenance and work-order updates, and notices about your lease or account.
• Rent reminders, only if you opt in and your property manager has turned on texting for your rental.

We don't send marketing texts.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You can also turn texts on or off in your notification settings.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
