Three simple steps to get verified.
Go to your property's page and click Settings → Verification. You'll see the current verification status.
Upload one or more documents proving ownership: deed, tax bill, mortgage statement, or property management agreement. Files must be PDF, JPG, or PNG under 10MB.
Our team reviews documents within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email when verification is approved or if additional documents are needed.
💡 Tip: Property managers can verify with a signed management agreement. You don't need to be the property owner — just authorized to manage it.
Any of the following documents can be used for verification.

Most recent property tax bill or assessment notice from the county assessor's office.
