How to Verify

Three simple steps to get verified.

Navigate to Property Settings

Go to your property's page and click Settings → Verification. You'll see the current verification status.

Upload Ownership Documents

Upload one or more documents proving ownership: deed, tax bill, mortgage statement, or property management agreement. Files must be PDF, JPG, or PNG under 10MB.

Wait for Review

Our team reviews documents within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email when verification is approved or if additional documents are needed.

💡 Tip: Property managers can verify with a signed management agreement. You don't need to be the property owner — just authorized to manage it.

The recorded deed showing current ownership. Must match your name or company name.

Most recent property tax bill or assessment notice from the county assessor's office.

About property verification.

No. Verification is optional but highly recommended. Unverified properties can still list units and collect rent, but won't display the verified badge.
Most verifications are completed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email notification when complete.
Check that the name on the document matches your account, the document is legible, and the property address matches. You can resubmit with corrected documents.
No. Once verified, your property stays verified unless ownership changes. If you sell or transfer the property, the new owner will need to re-verify.
