Communicate directly with your property manager.
Click Messages in the sidebar or the "Message PM" quick action from your dashboard.
Write your message in the text field. Be clear and specific about your question or request.
Click the 📎 attachment icon to add photos, documents, or files. Useful for sharing photos of issues or uploading requested documents.
Click "Send". Your PM receives a notification. You'll be notified via email and push when they reply.

Include details: what, where, when, how urgent. "Bathroom faucet dripping since Tuesday" is better than "something is leaking."
A picture is worth a thousand words. Attach photos for maintenance issues, move-in concerns, or document questions.
For maintenance issues, use the Maintenance Request form instead of messaging — it creates a trackable ticket.
All messages are saved permanently. Use messaging for important conversations you may need to reference later.
